Our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address. For the Pillow Slides 2.0, you can generate a return via our returns portal, and the label cost is reduced from the refunded amount. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, initial shipping fee is not refunded.
